The Tport system produces payment via the bank portal and entirely online. The successful payment of the fee means the final registration of the order unless the property wants to cancel, which will enter the cancellation process of the property. The critical thing about payment is that directly after paying the order fee, a successful order registration SMS will be sent to the property and the agency.

Refund money method

Since this business is B2B, TPORT is an intermediate between properties and agencies or guarantors. Therefore, the rules and regulations are defined by the service providers. Property centers and charterers, and this system has no role in these rules and regulations. If the reservation recipient issues a request to cancel the reservation, according to the laws of the reservation center, the amount will be charged to their wallet.

Duration of a booking confirmation from the property

The period of the acceptance of the exchange of property and agency services will be different depending on the activities of the agency or hotel admin in Tport. But the effort is to do all the steps online and in real time. The notable point is that all the steps will be communicated to both parties in the form of SMS.

Request to cancel a reservation
